We only accept cryptocurrency payments through Coinbase Commerce.
How It Works
- At checkout, choose Coinbase (Crypto) as your payment method.
- You will be redirected to a secure Coinbase Commerce page.
- Select your preferred coin and network (e.g. USDC, ETH) shown on the page.
- Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address and send the exact amount from your own wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.).
- Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your order status changes to “Payment received.”
Important Notes
- A Coinbase account is not required; any self-custody wallet can be used.
- Network fees (gas) are paid by the customer.
- Using very low fees may delay confirmation. (Only applicable if payment is made from your own wallet, such as Meta Mask or Trust Wallet)
- Prices are displayed in the store’s currency (EUR/USD/TRY). Your invoice amount is locked at checkout, even if you pay in crypto.
Refunds & Returns
- Refunds for eligible returns are processed in USDC.
- Network fees and possible exchange rate fluctuations may be deducted.
FAQ
- Which coins are supported? The available list (such as USDC, ETH) is displayed on the Coinbase payment page.
- Do I need a Coinbase account? No. You can pay directly from your wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.).
- My payment does not appear, what should I do? Please send us your transaction ID (TX hash) along with your order number.
