A note on payments & availability

Where things stand with ordering, and why crypto is currently the only direct payment route we can offer.

With every passing year, unexpected policy changes on online marketplaces and payment platforms make it harder to bring our products to customers through official channels. Restrictions appear with little warning, and the ground keeps shifting under us.

Most recently, due to eBay's high-risk category restrictions, we're currently unable to list our hardware (bridges, locking tremolos, headless systems) on eBay's marketplace. In addition, PayPal has not been available to sellers based in Turkey since 2016.

This doesn't change our commitment to supporting our customers, including Aristides Guitars owners and existing Hantug customers who need replacement parts. We're still here, and we still want to help.

Because we can no longer send PayPal invoices or list on eBay, the only payment method we can currently offer for direct orders and replacement parts is cryptocurrency (USDT / BTC). This isn't a preference, it's simply the one option left open to us given the restrictions above.

How to pay with Cryptocurrency 

  • Add your desired products to the cart.
  • Click Proceed to Checkout.
  • Enter your billing details and review your order total.
  • Click Place Order.
  • You will be redirected to the secure NOWPayments payment page.
  • Select your preferred cryptocurrency (for example, Bitcoin)
  • Click Next to continue
  • A payment page will appear showing the exact amount, wallet address, and QR code.
  • Send the exact amount shown to the displayed wallet address.
  • Once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your order status will update automatically.
